U.S. shipment of bombs arrives in Israel after Trump lifts a restriction

Amidst a tumultuous ceasefire, Israel on Sunday has received a shipment of heavy M-84 bombs from the United State after President Donald trump had lifted a restriction on its export. Former President Joe Biden had placed a restriction on the heavy bombs’transport to Israel.

According to reports, the M-84 is a 2,000-pound bomb that with huge destructive power. Though Biden administration had sent the bombs to Israel after Hamas attacked Israel, it withheld its transport later as it did not want the bomb to be used in Gaza Strips due to the bomb’s destructive character.
