U.S. Secretary of States Antony Blinken met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday in what is being seen as a last big push for ceasefire in the Middle-East, and the last one by the Joe Biden administration before the U.S. presidential election of November 5.

Blinken is in the Middle-East for the week meeting leaders of different countries there, trying to convince them for the ceasefire, though he has a daunting task in that.

Meanwhile, according to reports by news organisations, Hezbollah launched rockets upon Israel capital Tel Aviv, and Israel continued its air-attacks on southern Beirut. Hezbollah on Tuesday claimed responsibility for the drone attack on Netanyahu’s holiday home.

Though the U.S. has been trying to bring Israel around the peace-talk, Israel is in no mood to relent even after killing Sinwar.
