Russia and the United States diplomats are set to hold next round of talks on Thursday in Turkey, in order to resolve the bilateral disputes between the two nations which they see is crucial in ending the Russia-Ukraine war.

According to reports, U.S. President Donald Trump wants to see the end of Russia-Ukraine war, but Russian President Vladimir Putin thinks that there has to be a confidence building at the diplomatic level between the U.S. and Russia before entering into a peace-deal between Russia and Ukraine in order for it to be lasting.

Senior officials of the two nations had held a meeting in Saudi Arabia on February 18 after U.S. President Donald Trump held a telephonic conversation with his Russian counterpart Putin to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
