Ukraine to Present Victory Plan with Allies on October 12 Meeting

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said with a post on messaging app Telegram on Saturday that he will present Ukraine’s "victory plan" at a regular meeting of its allies at Ramstein in Germany on October 12. "We will present the victory plan, clear, specific steps for a just end to the war.”

Ukraine has been seeking funds and arms from its allies, including the U.S. to ‘force Russia into peace’. A few days back, Joe Biden administration in the U.S. had announced $8 billion military assistance for Ukraine.
