In one of the largest drone attacks by Ukraine so far, it on Wednesday attacked Russian capital Moscow with at least 11 drones, though all of them were shot down by Russian air defence, news agency Reuters said, quoting Russian officials. The war between Russia and Ukraine began in February 2022 and still continues. A few days back, Ukraine had destroyed a bridge in Russia, that Russia said was with the use of a U.S.-made rocket.

The war took a turn against Russia when Ukraine sent a large number of soldiers into Russia’s Kursk region recently. Russia is the world’s second largest oil exporter and Ukraine has been targeting refineries with drones. In fact, Russia uses a good portion of its revenue from oil in its war equipment and war expenses. According to Reuters, Russia has so far destroyed 45 drones shot by Ukraine over Russian territory so far.
