Ukraine claims to now control 80 Russian settlements

Ukraine has said that it now controls over 80 Russian settlements, including town of Sudzha. It also said that its first military office in Russian territory has been set up in the Kursk region. ABC News, Ukrainian Gen. Oleksandr Syrskyi, stated that Ukrainian troops have advanced some 21 miles inside Russia and are now in control of 82 settlements. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a video message on Thursday that a Ukrainian military commandant's office is being established in Sudzha following "the completion of the liberation of the town" from the Russian military.
