U.S. presidential aspirant and Democratic candidate Ms. Kamala Harris has spent $270 million in September as against $78 million by Republican candidate Donald Trump during the month, according to reports of Sunday Times. Most spendings for both the candidates have gone into advertisements. While Harris raised $222 million in September for her election campaigns, Trump raised $63 million.
Media reports said, the surveys have shown that both Harris and Trump are neck-on-neck in crucial states that hold the key to victory and road to the top post in the United States. In the last few days as the campaigns entered the final phase, while Harris has been trying to reach out to every possible supporter with artists and singers, Trump has the support of tech billionaire Elon Musk.
Former President Barack Obama too campaigned for Harris in many places and encouraged voters to elect Harris to the top post. Trump, on the other hand, has been attacking Harris with his characteristic style.
