Human Rights Watch, an international agency that engages itself in advocacy, monitoring and reporting on human right situation of countries across the globe, has said that sexual violence is rife in war-torn Sudan. It a report, the rights body has detailed widespread sexual violence against women in Khartoum. The warring parties are committing sexual violence against women and girls, the report says. The report titled ‘Khartoum is Not Safe for Women’, has recoded testimonies of different people.
