Russia Criticizes Israel and Allies for Civilian Casualties in Lebanon

In a significant turn in Israel and Hezbollah-Hamas war, Russia Foreign Ministry on Wednesday said that despite Israeli attacks, Hezbollah is still organised.

According to reports by news organisations, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said that Hezbollah has not lost its chain of command despite strikes by Israel, which according to Moscow was trying to stoke an armed conflict across the Middle East.

Zakharova said that the West: United States and Britain in particular, was stoking the conflict in the Middle East. They are showing support for Israel which is carrying out civilian casualties in Lebanon.
