Pope to Appoint 21 new Cardinals

Pope Francis announced on Sunday that he will appoint 21 new cardinals from different parts of the world, news organisations reported.  

The new cardinals would be consecrated at a ceremony scheduled on December 8. Nine such ceremonies have already been held with appointment of cardinals and this is going to be 10 th appointment by Pope Francis.
