British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has said that his government is not ‘letting up’ in efforts to prevent anymore far-right riots across England. The government has foiled many anticipated street violence meanwhile.

Riots had broken out in several British cities following false information linking a local crime to an Islamist migrant. The violence, driven by far-right groups, targeted migrants and Muslims.

“It’s important that we don’t let up here,” Mr. Starmer told media. He visited mosques and met community leaders in Solihull in west England. The cities and towns have been going through unrest for more than a week. The Prime Minister has introduced additional measures to restore order.
