Kamla Harris picks up Tim Walz to be her running mate for the U.S. Presidential election

U.S. Vice President and Democratic nominee for the presidential election Ms Kamla Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Timothy James Walz to be her running mate for the top post.

Walz is former U.S. Army non-commissioned officer, and a retired educator who has served as the 41st governor of Minnesota since 2019.

The Democratic pair will take on Republican presidential nominee and former President of the U.S. Donald Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance.
