With just 11 weeks left to the elections, U.S. Vice President and Democratic party presidential nominee Kamala Harris had made her foreign policy clear during the last four-day National Democratic Convention held in Chicago. The policy she has laid down is in sharp contrast with that of Republican presidential candidate and Former president Donald Trump, with whom she is engaged in a close fight.
On the final day of the four-day Democratic National Convention, Harris, promised to be a "realistic," "practical" president for all Americans.“In the enduring struggle between democracy and tyranny, I know where I stand and I know where the United States belongs," she said on Thursday, according to news agency, Reuters reports. Harris also accused Trump of bowing down to dictators.
Harris promised to back NATO, Ukraine and "stand up to Putin's aggression." Earlier, Harris has already made her policy with regard to Israel clear. The U.S. may stand with Israel, but it wants Israel to stop the war with Palestine.
