Joe Biden Meets Communist Vietnam President To Lam in New York

U.S. President Joe Biden met Vietnam President To Lam, on the sidelines of a U.N. General Assembly meeting in New York in order to deepen ties with it, against Russia.

Vietnam is being ruled now by the Communist Party, whose chief is To Lam, the President of the country. The country has good ties with Russia and China, and the U.S. wants to deepen its ties with Vietnam in order to discover strategic partnership.
