Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday has said it is the business of Russia to decide whether to use North Korean troops or not to use, news organisations have reported.

The United States had said that it had the evidence that North Korean had sent 3,000 troops to Russia. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy too, on Friday said that Rusia was deploying North Korean troops against it in the battlefield.

"According to intelligence, the first North Korean soldiers are expected to be deployed by Russia to combat zones as early as October 27-28. This is a clear escalation by Russia," Zelenskiy has said on X.
