Israeli Military Asks Residents of South Lebanon to Evacuate Homes

Israeli military on Thursday urged residents of over 20 towns in south Lebanon to evacuate their homes and flee as it pressed on with another ground incursion. The towns for which evacuation calls were given by the Israeli military included provincial capital Nabatieh.

According to news reports, three explosions were heard in Beirut’s southern suburbs with large smokes going up in the sky.

Meanwhile, Russia started evacuating citizens from Lebanon. A special flight left Beirut on Thursday with the family members of Russian diplomats.
