Israel now in conflict with the UN

Amidst the ongoing conflict with Palestine, Israeli parliament now has given preliminary approval to a bill that declared a UN agency for relief works as a ‘terrorist organisation’. The agency is United Nation’s Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). Israel has accused that the agency is in collaboration with Islamist movement Hamas in Gaza. The step of Israel has come with a few days after the International Court of Justice in Hague ruled that that Israel’s forceful occupation of territories in Palestine amounts to annexation, and is unlawful.
