Israel-Hezbollah conflict Many flights cancelled at Beirut airport

Tension has escalated between Israel and armed political group Hezbollah. Following this the Israeli security cabinet has authorized the respond to any strikes by Hezbollah. Fear of Israeli attack, however, has left many flights cancelled at Beirut airport. A rocket strike killed 12 teen-age children in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. There is fear that the incident may lead to full-scale war between Israel and Iran-backed armed groups.
