E.U. members want to adopt "return hubs" system, according to which migrants who have no right to stay in the EU will be sent to these "return hubs" in countries outside the EU

Europe has been caught by the problem of immigration these days, and European leaders attending a summit in Brussels on Thursday felt that the bloc needed tougher policies to expel illegal migrants, said reports by news organizations.
Some countries have alleged that Russia and its ally Belarus are using migrants as a weapon against European Union.
Immigration crisis had hit European Union very hard in 2015 with over One million immigrants arriving in member countries of European Union. Though the numbers have fallen drastically, it is still a huge crisis for EU.
Different EU members are adopting different systems to address immigration crisis. Germany, wary of a public opinion backlash against irregular migration, has introduced border controls with all its neighbours, suspending the freedom of the passport-free Schengen zone. France, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Italy and Slovenia have also introduced border checks.
According to reports, the EU bloc wants to put in place the system of "return hubs", according to which migrants who have no right to stay in the EU be sent to these "return hubs" in countries outside the EU.
