Death threats of Israeli athletes to Paris Olympics under investigation

Israeli athletes taking part in Paris Olympics, 2024 reportedly received threats amidst tensions of Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.

Yael Arad, president of the Israeli National Olympic Committee, has said that the athletes received “centralized” threats meant to generate “psychological terror” in athletes, the Associated Press has reported.

An investigation was opened last week to find more on the issue, and emailed death threats to Israeli athletes were investigated.
