China and Philippines to stop clashes in the seas

China and Philippines have reached an agreement to stop clashes at Shoal. Second Thomas Shoal is in the occupation of Philippines, but China also has been claiming it. The conflicts between the two countries leading to clashes in the South China Sea has the potential to effect involvement of other countries.
