Bangladesh Supreme Court scarps job quota

Bangladesh’s Supreme Court has scrapped jobs quotas that had pushed the country into turmoil. Last week, many people had lost their lives in one of the worst clashes between different groups, and with the police. The UN too had expressed concern over the violence in Bangladesh. The Supreme Court decision is likely to bring down the social unrest in Bangladesh.
