Australian PM Albanese Returns to Power

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese returned to the office after winning the election, result of which was announced on Saturday.  Peter Dutton, leader of the conservative Liberal party, conceded defeat and also lost his own seat.

Going by election trends in Canada and now Australia, it is being believed that federal elections happening around the world are getting influenced by Trump tariff. U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariff has impacted the economies of most countries across the globe and leaders are basing their campaign strategies accordingly—which are delivering poll results.

Albanese, after the results, according to reports said that Australians have voted for fairness and had shown courage in adversity.
