APEC Leaders Meet at Lima Summit in Peru Ahead of Trump Return
Leaders of 21 nations including U.S. President Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping joined the Lima Summit in Peru to discuss and promote inclusive growth and reduce informal labour in APEC member countries.

Leaders of 21 nations met in Lima, Peru for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit. Leaders of U.S. and China too took part in the meet.
News organisations reported that U.S. President Joe Biden and China President Xi Jinping joined the meet, which happened to be the last meeting of Biden as President.
Apart from Biden and Xi, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto, Japan’s Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese too joined the Lima summit.
The Summit focused on the need to promote inclusive growth and reduce informal labour in APEC economies, news reports suggested.
